RAPPAHANNOCK’S Supervisors granted Chapter 10 Mental Health an additional $2,600 at their December meeting last Thursday. Chapter 10 had requested $4,600 from the county in this year’s budget, but the Supervisors approved only $2,000 of that request when they approved the county budget. Last Thursday was the second time since the budget was adopted that representatives from Chapter 10 have asked the Supervisors to make up the difference.
I.R. Kilby and James William Fletcher sent letters to the Supervisors supporting Chapter 10’s request for additional funds. Fletcher said, in his letter, that Rappahan
