FIRE, RESCUE
Sperryville Rescue Squad answered three calls this week. Monday, December 2, Mrs. Jake Yowell was carried from her home at Slate Mills to Culpeper Memorial. December 8 the squad answered a call to an accident in Sperryville but services were not needed. December 10, Morris Carter of Sperryville was carried to Newton Baker Hospital in Martinsburg, W. Va.
Washington Rescue Squad carried Gilbert Cameron from his home at Washington to Warren Memorial December 4. On December 7, Steve Bailey was transported to his home from Fauquier Hospital. □
