UNEMPLOYED farm workers who are eligible may obtain up to 26 weeks of unemployment compensation benefits by completing and filing an application for such benefits with a local office of the Virginia Employment Commission. Any benefit payment made will be financed 100 percent from federal sources in accordance with the Emergency Job and Unemployment Assistance Act of 1974.
