Two speakers for
RLEP meet
TWO guest speakers are scheduled to address the March 7 quarterly meeting of the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection, Inc.
They are Dr. Noel A. Laing, retiring president of the Waterford Foundation, Loudoun County, and Memory Porter, president of the Prince William League for the Protection of Natural Resources and a leader of efforts to block establishment of a “Greater America” theme Park near Gainesville, and of completion of 1-66 west.
Phil Irwin, president of the RLEP, said everyone is invited to the meeting, which will begin at 8 p.m. at the courthouse, and to participate in open discussions.□
