John W. Warner, former Secretary of the Navy and now Administrator of the American Revolution of 1976, Bicentennial has accepted an -invitation to be a judge for the Rappahannock Point-to-Point Races. The picture shows him at a previous race with James W. Fletcher of Sperryville who will again host the races this year on his Thornton Hill Farm, Saturday, March 1. Schooling will be permitted between February 23 and 26 for the Pair Races.
