THE GENERAL Assembly still has a number of major legislative items to act on as this is written. I will try to give a summary of the action taken on a number of major bills.
“No fault” insurance legislation is still in doubt. I believe that the legislature should pass some legislation on this subject to improve the present system.
The revised budget bill has been passed without any borrowing or tax increases.
