Hitt takes part
in maneuvers
Marine Cpl. Wesley L. Hitt, of Green Hill Farm, Boston, participated in “Mablex 1-75,” a training exercise in the Philippines.
He took part in maneuvers involving units of the 1st .Marine Brigade and 3rd Marine Division, which were designed to test their operational readiness for combat in jungle terrain.
Hitt serves with the 3rd Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Brigade, at the Marine Corps Air Station, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. He joined the Marine Corps in August 1972. □
