Among the items are paintings, ivories, porcelains, bronzes, wood sculptures, and art objects in many colors of jade.

The home of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh D. McCormick, 400 Grand Avenue, Front Royal, is a hill-top house commanding a view of sunrise in the Blue Ridge mountains and sunset in the Massanutten range. Built in 1966, this house’s furnishings include family antiques blended with contemporary pieces.

Block tickets for The Garden Club of Warren County’s Historic Garden Week tour are $3, and single admissions are$1.25. Tickets and literature are available at each place on tour. Proceeds from Historic Garden Week will be used for restoration and preservation of historic gardens in The Old Dominion.□
