The object of this suit is to have a sale of 10 acres of land which was conveyed to Frank Grigsby for life; to have the written offer of Gene Fletcher and Dorothy Fletcher for the 10 acres accepted; to have the cash commutted share of Frank Grigsby in the proceeds of said sale paid to him, with the remainder to be held for the remaindermen, and for such other general relief.
