OBITUARIES
Hawkins
Rufus Albert Hawkins, 70, died April 5, 1975 in a Staunton Hospital. He was a native of Sperryville, the son of the late Charles Hawkins and Sarah Frances Woodard Hawkins. He was a former resident of Baltimore.
Survivors include three brothers, Harry Kemper Hawkins of Culpeper, George Courtland Hawkins of Sperryville and Burnam Hawkins, Brightwood.
A funeral service was held Tuesday at the Geest Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Fairview Cemetery. The Rev. Edward Hawkins conducted the service. □
McBee
A funeral service for William Carroll McBee, 85, of Amissville was held Saturday at the Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton, conducted by the Rev. James Becker. Interment was in Orlean Cemetery. Mr. McBee died April 3, 1975 in Fauquier Hospital. He is survived by two sons, Richard D. McBee of Amissville and William G. McBee of Warrenton; and two grandchildren.□
