Starks was charged with reckless driving and driving under the influence.
Two vehicles collided at 1:40 a.m. Sunday on Route 522 north of Huntly. Charles Robert Lewis of Huntly in a 74 Dodge and Ervin Russell Bridgett of Front Royal in a 71 Ford were involved, according to Trooper R.A. Baines. They met on the mountain and collided.
Damage was set at $750 to the Dodge and at $900 to the Ford, and charges are pending. /
Thomas William Printz of Flint Hill was charged with defective equipment by Trooper Baines following a crash on Route 729 south of Flint Hill. He was driving a 67 Oldsmobile when a tire blew out and the car struck a bank.D
