fire on Piedmont Avenue, March 20 and to a fire at D. Lyle Millers farm in Gid Brown Hollow on April 3.

Flint Hill Fire Company was called to Amissville to fight a field fire at the L.H. LUttrell farm April 2 and April1 3 to fight a woods fire near Jeffersonton. Also responding to the Jeffersonton fire were Brandy Station, Culpeper, Amissville.

The Flint Hill Rescue Squad carried Mrs. Donna Beahm from the Aileen plant to Warren Memorial April 2. April 4, Miss Lillia North was transported from Warren Memorial to Winchester Memorial. The squad answered two calls April 5. Dennis Corbin was carried from his home near Flint Hill to Winchester Memorial and Mrs. Mary Jane Riley was carried from her home to Warren Memorial. There were two calls April 6 also; to an accident on Rt. 729 at Flint Hill, but services were not needed and Mrs. Thelma Crane was carried from M.H. Brady’s to Warren Memorial.
