AN ALEXANDRIA youth spending the weekend with his parents at their country property near Washington was seriously injured in a tractor accident Saturday. Philip Berry, 13, caught his arm in the power-take-off of the tractor and it was severed at the elbow.
His father applied a tournequet, summoned the Washington Rescue Squad, which took boy and his arm to Rappahannock Clinic where emergency treatment was given and they were dispatched to the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlnftpcvillp
