Saute onions and mushrooms in oil and butter until tender. Stir in flour. Add stock, sherry, Worcestershire, mustard and nutmeg. Cook until thick (very thick). Stir in soybeans and heat through. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt. Serve the stroganoff over the bulghur while it is hot.
