Recruiting Day in Scouting has been set for Wednesday, September 29 and all persons interested in the Scouting program, leaders, parents, and Scouts are invited and urged to meet at the Rappahannock County Elementary School at 7 p.m. on this date.
Scout leaders will be present to answer questions and be available for those who wish to join. Boys who have completed the second grade or who are eight years old or older are eligible to join. There is also a great need for the Scout leaders and any man or woman wishing to volunteer to become a part of the scouting program in Rappahannock will be welcomed.
