To the publisher,
The Rapp’k News to me is a complete disaster. It has no style, personality or charm as the previous one which was a joy to read, very interesting and just the right size. This one also lacks news. I see no excuse for it.
Your paper lacks everything. Are you trying to imitate the Northern Virginia Daily? I do not subscribe. If I did, I would cancel. I will no longer buy it in the stores. It is a shocking disappointment.
