If there is to be> development there is no better place than around existing towns. It does no good to prevent development to extend the village of Flint Hill while at the same time allowing mountain land to be chopped up into 25-acre “farmettes”.
Let’s develop around the towns, have reasonable lot sizes that young people can afford to purchase and maintain. This will save the rural nature of Rappahannock and leave the real farm land to be farmed.
