ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to effect partition of three certain tracts or parcels of land, two of which adjoin containing 12.78 acres, more or less, situated in Stonewall Magisterial District, near Round Hill, Rappahannock County, Virginia, of which Leah R. Lee died seized and possessed in the year 1935.

And an affidavit having been made and filed that Eunice Lee, widow of Julius Lee, Olive Lee, widow of Thomas Lee, Dorothy Lee Lawson, Zulu Lee, widow of Charles Lee, Burgess Lee, Brenda Cunningham and Lorenzo P. Smith are not residents of the State of Virginia; and the bill stating that there are or may be other persons interested in the subject to be divided, whose names and addresses are unknown, as alleged in the caption after the name of Defendant, Leah R. Lee, and making them parties Defendant by the general description of "parties unknown", and an affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown, such unknown parties being the unknown heirs at law and successors in title of Leah R. Lee, if any.

It is ORDERED that the said non-resident defendants and the heirs at law and successors of title of Leah R. Lee, made parties defendant by the general description of "parties unknown" do appear within ten (10) days after the publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interest.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Rappahannock County, Virginia.
