As for that farm being “marginal” farmland. There is hardly a farm in Rappahannock that couldn’t be called marginal farmland. But there has been a lot of good food for people on that farm in the past just as there has been on other farms in Rappahannock. The way things are going we’re going to need every bit of farmland, marginal or not, that we can save.
