Creation of an Emergency Services Council would also qualify members for federal funding grants, according to Hobson.
‘‘I think it’s a move in the right direction,” responded Luke. An Emergency Services Council will involve not only providers of health care services but also consumers, “people who've been left out in the past,” he said.
Luke also proposed that the Board members think about endorsing a volunteer fire inspector handled through the Rappahannock fire and rescue association. “The volunteer inspector would not have any authority to require improvements but
