Wrecks
Reported
Two traffic mishaps have been reported, both involving snow and icy roads. Sandra Kay Woodward of Amissville, operating a 74 Volkswagen, lost control of her vehicle in the snow and flipped over into a culvert. According to Trooper R. A. Baines, damage was estimated at $1200. There were no injuries and no charges. The accident occurred Friday at the intersection of Routes 729 and 622.
March 4 on Route 646 at 10 a.m. two vehicles were involved in a collision. Isa Mae Scott, operating a 72 Plymouth, and David Wayne Sheffield driving a 74 Datsun pickup, were involved in the accident.
According to Deputy R. D. Hawkins, the vehicles met on a narrow portion of the road, and skidded on the ice. There were no charges and no injuries.

Burglarized
The home of Daniel Plaine near Flint Hill was entered last Thursday night and some items taken. The case is being investigated by Sheriff W. A. Buntin and Deputy R. D. Hawkins, who have reported that a black and white television and wine and foodstuffs have been found missing.
The house was entered by breaking a window in the rear of the house. The investigation is pending.
