A series of three free evening programs to be given by the Rappahannock County Library starts March 23, 7:30 p.m. with Elizabeth Taylor's movie, National Velvet. In the latter part of April, our- wise and witty neighbor and nationally sought-after speaker, Sen. Eugene McCarthy will give us an evening talk, and in May, Byron Schumacher, Director of Photography for the U. S. Dept, of Agriculture and former official White House Staff photographer, will give us professional slide shows.
