The Rappahannock Recreation Association members have received generous support in their appeal for personal donations to cover the operational expenses for 1978. To date $450 has been received and to complete the effort another $288 is needed.
If you have not made a contribution and would like to do so, checks may be made out to the Rec Center and mailed to P. O. Box 124, Flint Hill.
Preparations for an all day community program at the center on June 24 are underway. This will culminate in the awarding of numerous prizes which have been donated by business firms and individuals and will include $100 cash which has been given by Roy Wheeler Realty, Panorama Realty, The Inn at Little Washington, W. School Play
Scheduled
Rappahannock County High School will present its school play. Arsenic And Old Lace on March 17th and 18th at 8:00 p.m. The play, under the directorship of Donald Bomberger, features comedy with a taste of the bazaar unknown that will have you sitting on the edge of your seat. Tickets are $2.00 at the door and may be purchased presale for $1.50 at the school.
