Last week’s column on the ABC’s of cooking received such a nice response, 1 thought you would enjoy these additional tips for problems with utensils: BURNED: For aluminum, iron, ceramic, Pyrex and stainless pots and pans, first scrape out what you can with a wooden spoon. (Alternate method: add lots of salt to the contents, and heat on the stove; the food may "flake” out along with the salt.)
