Celebrate
Girl Scouts and Brownies in Rappahannock County will be celebrating Girl Scout week March 12 through 18. The week will begin with the girls going to church together March 12, Girl Scout Sunday, the 66th birthday of Girl Scouts in the United States. They will attend services at 10 a.m. at Willis Chapel Methodist Church in Huntly and those who need a ride to the church should contact their leaders.
Girl Scout week will end Saturday March 18 with the Association III Spring Event, a gathering in Charlottesville of girls from seven counties, including Rappahannock.
