Mr. and Mrs. Carter White attended the Culpeper High School class of 1943 reunion at Holiday Inn, Culpeper, Saturday evening. Sunday they visited Mrs. Betty Daniels in Culpeper and later called on Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Turner.
Visiting Gifton Naide over the weekend were Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Deal of Arlington and Larry Deal of Charlottesville. Additional Sunday guests were Mrs. Mason Rector, Mrs. Marie Dodson and Mrs. Virgie Stultz of Culpeper and Mrs. Hazel Hawkins.
Tina Kennedy of Manassas spent the past week with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Waverly Kennedy. She was accompanied home Sunday by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kennedy. Other Sunday guests were Mr. and Mrs. John Coates and Mr. and Mrs. James Minnis and Chris of Culpeper.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank W. Helbig have returned home from Long Island, N.Y. where they visited relatives and attended 50th reunion of the Bay Shore Hjgh School class of 1928. Mr. Helbig was given an honorary diploma.
Mrs. Jesse Hawkins, Mrs. Cary Thornhill and Mrs. George Butler visited their brother, Stant Weaver in Washington Tuesday.
Mr. and Mrs. Ashby Thornhill are grandparents of a baby boy, Ashby Owen, born to Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Carpenter of Brightwood on June 21. Luncheon guests in the Thornhill home Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Pete Boyd of Madison, Mr. and Mrs. George Johnston and Ronnie Carpenter and daughter, Holly. Holly remained for a visit with her grandparents.
Clarence W. Frazier of Fredericksburg was a Saturday guest of his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier and children. The Fraziers were Monday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Meade in Culpeper.
