NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries at a meeting held in Richmond, Virignia, on April 14, 1978, ordered the following proposed changes in its regulations pursuant to Sections 29 125, 29 126 and 29 127 of the Code of Virginia A public hearing for the purpose of adopting such changes will be held at 4010 W. Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia, at 9:30 a m , July 21, 1978.
CHAPTER 8. Fox. Amend Regulation R8 1 (b) as follows:
It shall be unlawful to hunt foxes with dogs only on the George Washington National Forest and on the Gathright, Goshen, G. Richard Thomp son. Highland, Little North Mountain and Rapidan Wildlife Management Areas from February 1 through October 31, both dates in elusive.
