Curtis Nichols will leave Thursday, July 6, as the representative of Rappahnnock County in the Lions International Youth Exchange program. Curtis was the winner of a $400 scholarship awarded by the local Lions club to be applied to the cost of his transportation to Europe. He will spend five weeks as the summer house guest of a Lions Club host family in Finland.
The entire group of Virginia exchange youth will fly first to Paris, for a twoday, two-night tour of the French capital. From there, they will travel by train to their individual destinations.
