ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground of his 'wilful desertion and abandonment, and to obtain for the Plaintiff child custody and support, spousal support, a lump sum award in settlement of marital property interersts and attorney's fees and costs.
This action also seeks to attach the Defendant's in terest in that parcel of land consisting of 8 acres, situated in the Slate River Magisterial District of Buckingham County, Virginia, and presently owned by the Plaintiff and Defendant as tenants by the entireties, said interest to be applied toward the payment of any court ordered child or spousal support, attorney's fees, costs, or lump sum payment.
It appearing from an Affidavit that the Defendant is not a resident of the Commonwealth of .Virginia, he is ordered to appear before this court on or before July 13,1979 and protect his interests.
