—Rappahannock New* Photo/Daphne Hutchinson HERBERT FOSTER must have somehow offended Mother Nature. Rain storms that hit Rappahannock last Saturday night turned into a miniature tornado just long enough to lift the roof off Foster’s hay and machinery shed near Flint Hill. Winds picked up the 32 by 96 feet roof and flung it approximately 10 yards. Surprisingly, damage was minimal.
