transformation. Wreckers pulled the corn crib from side to side before it was finally sitting without a tilt. The Schumakers cleaned out residue accumulated from three-quarters of a century of corn storage, added windows, and panels, painted walls and stained floors. Over the last couple of weeks, Mary has dashed from house to corn crib carrying the photographs, silk screen prints, drawings and paintings that will be displayed for sale at the gallery opening this Saturday and Sunday.
