At Conference

Ruth Blackwell, District Court Clerk for Rappahannock County, attended the District Court Clerk’s Conference in Blacksburg on June 1 and 2. Miss Blackwell sat in on a review of recent legislation conducted by deputy attorney general James E. Kulp and took part in panel discussions and workshop on lawyer-clerk relationships. She also attended a session on expungement of juvenile records.

Judge Rayner V. Snead, Circuit Court Judge for Rappahannock, chaired a panel composed of legislators and other judges on district court problems. Elizabeth Streagle of Amissville, Clerk of Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court in Fauquier County, also attended the conference.
