Trooper R. A. Baines, Rena Atkins of Washington in a 1972 Ford was struck by Kenneth Norman of Woodville in a 1966 Ford as they met on a hill.

No injuries were sustained by either party and damage was estimated to $300 and $400 to the vehicles of Norman and Atkins, respectively, said Baines, who cited Norman for failing to drive to the right of the road.

A 1978 Pontiac station wagon owned by Charles Eldred which was parked in front of their business and residence in Washington was severly damaged Sunday night when it was sideswiped by a trash removal truck, according to Baines, who investigated. *

The truck owned by Community Trash Removal Service was opearated by John Green of Culpeper.

Green was cited for reckless driving by Trooper o Baines.
