Baptism
John Robbins DeBergh, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. James DeBergh of Washington was baptised Sunday, December 30. 1979. at the Calvary Episcopal Church in front Royal. Named as Godparents were Patricia Robbins of Hampton, Pam DeBergh of Winchester and Alexander Green of Leesburg.
For the baptismal, the infant wore a long dress handmade and embroidered by Mary Garber Robbins, his grandmother, and Mrs. John J. Garber, his greatgrandmother both of Hampton.
Following the ceremony the James DeBerghs of Front Royal entertained the family with a brunch. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Chester L. Robbins and Mr. and Mrs. John L. Robbins, all of Hampton, Mr. and Mrs. Richard DeBergh of Winchester, Mr. and Mrs. Alexander G. Green. Ill of Leesburg. Mr. and Mrs. James DeBergh. Jr., Van and Rob of Washington.
