After an hour and 15 minutes in executive session for personnel, the Rappahannock supervisors on Monday appointed Robert Eastham to the county’s three-member welfare board.
H. B. Wood, supervisor from Stonewall District, made the motion to appoint the Flint Hill resident, who also serves as Wakefield District’s representative to the local school board.
Wakefield supervisor Hubert Gilkey and Jackson supervisor Dick Latham voted against the motion.
