“I don’t feel there is a conflict of interest and I’ve told him (Robert Eastham) that over a couple of years,” Cox stated.
Acting supervisor chairman Dick Latham agreed. He noted that each agency and department of county government develops its own yearly budget which is,then presented to the supervisors for approval with Cox responsible for transferring the data onto the required budget forms.
