Rappahannock New* l*hoio/T. Re\nolrU JANICE PALMER, Extension Office secretary, left, has lived in the county for 12 years. She was graduated from Rappahannock High School in 1975 and since then has worked as a secretary at the Freedom Studies Institute for three years and for Ryder Construction in Warrenton for two years. She started at the Extension Office in July, 1980. Birgitt Thornhill, 4-H and Home Extension Agent, is a native of Newport News, and a 1978 VPI graduate. She worked for Pillsbury Agricultural Sales until she started here on June 30. 1980.
