The shock waves from the recently liability coverage explosion in Fauquier County reached here at Monday's special meeting. To avoid repetition of a situation where Fauquier found itself hit with a multi-million dollar insurance claim for injuries suffered in a jail tire after cancelling the policy that would have covered that claim, the commonwealth’s attorney invited Dick Bowen and Wayne Eastham from Carr and Hyde, Rappahannock's liability carrier, to meet with the board.
