The 1983-84 Rappahannock County School operating budget as presented to the county board of supervisors Monday requests $50,157 more from county funds than was appropriated last year. Superintendent Robert Estrabrook pointed out in his written submission to the board that $03,000 of that amount - for completion of the bus shop/school board office - will not be appropriated as new money but rather as savings in the present budget to be transferred to the new budget. The net effect of that projected savings and transfer, explained the superintendent, would be a county share for next year of $12,843 less than its share for the current school year.
