The Rappahannock Association for Arts and the Community is sponsoring a modem dance concert by New York City dancer Ellen Webb and her company on April 9, 8:00 p.'m. at the Community Center in Washington. Admission is $3.00 ($2.50 for R.A.A.C. members and students).
