Sunday, March 27, brought discouraging weather for all who worked hard to set the course for Rappahannock’s debut as host for one leg of the Old Fashioned Foint-to-Point series. As rain, sleet and snow showed no signs of abating, the event came close to being cancelled. But joint masters J. A. B. Dahlgren and L. L. LeHew decided to persevere—a good decision as 11 contestants representing five hunts showed up with their attendant supporters.
