Mrs. A. M. Vemer remains a patient in Room 339 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital and is in satisfactory condition. We urge community residents to send Mrs. Vemer a card or letter in care of the hospital, Culpeper, Va. 22701.

Mrs. Elizabeth Jenkins and daughter, Mrs. Susan Fitzgerald, both of Suffolk spent from Thursday until Sunday with Mrs. Jenkins’ sister, Mrs. Mary Updike.

Easter Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Fairfax were Mr. and Mrs. Everette Cortright and Mrs. Carrie Long of Marshall, Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Calvert of Falls Church, Miss Virginia Alexander of Alexandria and Mrs. Ruth Fuller of Arlington.

Mr. and Mrs. Mike Hicks of Culpeper were Sunday guests of Mrs. Hicks’ grandfather, J. Stant Weaver.

Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Pullen of Glen Burnie, Md. were Friday and Saturday houseguests of Mr. and Mrs. Ike Ralls and Steve. Easter Sunday dinner guests in the Ralls home were Mr. and Mrs. Ike Linwood Ralls and Melinda of Sperryville, Mr. and Mrs. John Clark, Jr., Stacey and Amanda and Mrs. Alice Beahm.

Mrs. Charles Smoot and Charles, Jr. were Sunday visitors of Mrs. Smoot’s mother, Mrs. Irene Frazier in Sperryville.

Mrs. Mary Ashby Slaughter and Mrs. Bernice Smith of Arlington were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Keyser and had dinner at Brookside Restaurant in Luray. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Slaughter of Leesburg were Friday visitors at “The Oaks.”
