Ashton Burke of Warrenton had lunch last Thursday with his mother, Mrs. Charles C. Burke. Mrs. Pauline Hershey of Bristol, Pa. spent from Friday until Tuesday with her mother, Mrs. Burke. On Sunday Mrs. Burke and her houseguests were luncheon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Burke and family in Front Royal. In the evening they attended baptism services for Mrs. Charles C. Burke’s great-granddaughter, Donnell Moore at Marlow Heights Baptist Church in Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs. Ashton Burke of Warrenton were Monday luncheon guests of Mrs. Burke and Mrs. Hershey.
Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Weakley were joined Friday by Mr. and Mrs. Harry Dwyer and Mrs. Dwyer’s sister, Mrs. Linda Chewning, all from Woodbridge at the Hamilton Motel in Woodstock. On Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Guy Shepherd of Lorton and Mrs. Jesse Curtis of Occoquan joined them. The men went trout fishing while the ladies went on a shopping expedition. They returned home on Sunday. The Weakleys had Easter dinner with Mr. and Mrs. Joel Daczewitz, Gregg, Philip and Derek in Woodville.
Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Wayland, Eddie, Mike and Brian were Mrs. Josephine Wood of Reva and Mrs. Ashby Wayland.
Houseguests last Tuesday and Wednesday of Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Baines, Bob and Lee were Mrs. Baines’ brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Suelflow, Kenneth and Kennette of Menasha, Wisconsin. Also visiting was Mrs. Fatima Goncalves of Caracas, Venezuela. Mrs. Baines, Bob and Lee spent Friday and Satur- , day in Suffolk with Mrs. R. Nr Baker, Jr.
Mrs. Jean B. Moffett returned home on Monday after spending several weeks with her son and daughterin-law, Mr. and Mrs. Page Moffett, Billy and Sally Page in Leesburg. Mrs. Moffett will leave on Friday to spend the remainder of the month of April with her daughter and family, Mrs. D. C. Welling at Virginia Beach. The Wellings will be moving to Portsmouth, New Hampshire around May 10.
