Just down the road at New Salem Baptist.Church, they held their Thanksgiving program on Sunday evening. Included in the service was a harvest presentation by the youth group, special choir music, and a brief message by Pastor Carder. This was followed by refreshments in the Fellowship Hall.
Ray Frazier, Jr. was one of the lucky hunters in our area, having bagged his deer near his home on the first day of hunting.
