Case in point, I wonder how many of us knows that Byrd Field in Richmond has been terminated. In an historic piece of legislation, and I say so seriously, our officials have voted to withdraw and terminate the name and memorial status of Byrd Field. All sorts of excuses have been excreted from public officials for doing so.
