VIRGINIA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 6-1-3 of the Town of Washington, Virginia Zoning Ordinance, 1970, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 11, 1985 at 8P.M. at the Courthouse building, Washington, Virginia to consider the following Special Use Application:

(1) Special Use Application No 3: Mary E Jenkins, Ruby V. Jenkins, Catherine J. Vannoy and Randolph R. Thomill have applied for a special use permit in accordance with Article 1, Section 1-2-18 of the Town of Washington Ordinance, 1970 to remodel the interior of existing station to convert into office space. Building located across street from First Museum of Washington in Washington, Va. Tax Map #20A 1 69.

Copies of the foregoing application are on file and available for public inspection at the Zoning Office, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 a m. to 4:30p m The applicants and all other interested parties are invited to attend the public hearings and present their views or to direct their written comments' to the Town Council, in care of the Zoning Office, P.O.
