Almost seeming to anticipate the concerted volunteer activities that have grown out of the Virginia flood disaster, the ACTION Agency in Washington, D. C., has provided Congressman French Slaughter with forms to be used in making nominations of persons or groups who might qualify for one of the President’s Volunteer Action Awards.
