Susie Priest
Susie Jane Hitt Priest, 89, of Hetcher, N.C., formerly of Vmissville, died Tuesday, Feb. 18 at i Henderson County hospital.
A native of AmissviUe, she was he widow of James Booten Priest. She was a member of Battle Run Mmitive Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, *eggie Priest Rhodes of Fletcher, •J.C.; a son, Charlie Priest of Vmissville; six grandchildren; two lieces and two nephews.
A funeral service was held Frilay, Feb. 21 at Amissville Baptist Church with Elder Elmer Skeen oficiating. Interment was in the :hurch cemetery.
Pallbearers were Lewis Morrilon, Charles R. Priest Jr., Christo>her D. Rhodes, Jeffrey J. Rhodes, itussell A. Whiting and Tyrone Dlark.
