He was a retired equipment operator for R.L. Rider Company and a member of Jeffersonton United Methodist Church.
His parents were the late Charles Franklin and Vada Thonhill Frazier.
Survivors include his wife, Grace K. Frazier of Jeffersonton; two daughters, Margaret Ann Whorton of Culpeper and Nancy Lynne Frazier of Culpeper; three sons, Thomas Glen Frazier of Charlottesville, Dr. Charles Owen Frazier of Newport, Rhode Island and James Donald Frazier of Charleston, S.C.; one sister, Florene F. Brown of Culpeper and six grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a brother, Franklin Frazier.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, March 27 at Clore Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Marvin Cook officiating.
Interment was in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers were John Brown, Alan Crane, Jimmy Weeks, Charlie Tharp, Bruce Kocenski, Randy Gum, Tim Rogers and Larry Cubbage.
Honorary pallbearers were William Rider, Harvey Tharp, Gordon Keames, Dick Bywaters, Jerry Nichols and Levi McAlister.
Gorrell Leake
Mr. Gorrell William Leake, 61, of Culpeper died on Thursday, March 24 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
He was bom in Culpeper County on May 19,1932.
He was employed by the Virginia Department of Transportation.
His parents were the late1 Raymond Gorrell and Louella Woodward Leake.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Riley Leake of Culpeper; two sons, David Ray Leake of Harrisonburg and Daniel Wayne Leake of Culpeper; two daughters, Linda Sue Leake of Ford and Jessica Lynn Leake of Culpeper; three grandchildren, Amber Leake, Daniel W. Leake Jr. and Joshua Leake; three sisters, Sally Leake of Orange, Mattie Campbell of Culpeper and Lucille Moubray of Orange and a number of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters. Funeral services were held on Monday, March 28 at Clore Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Smith officiating.
Interment was in Sperryville Cemetery. \i
