During a week filled with automobile accidents a pedestrian was struck by a van and killed on U.S. 211 in Amissville on Sunday night.
William Augustine Flynn II, 33, of Piedmont, West Virginia was hit about 9:22 p.m. by a 1988 Dodge van driven by Faye Baldwin Crescenti, 61, of Hudson, Florida, while she was eastbound on U.S. 211, .7 mile west of Route 642.
